Online architectural consultation
You have three ideas for the house. You only want to pay to develop the right one.
A bigger kitchen. An extension. Perhaps moving a wall would be enough. Everyone has a suggestion, but you’re the one who will be paying for it. Before commissioning drawings, you need a clearer view of what is worth pursuing.
Abode brings decades of combined experience working with older Scottish buildings, including listed homes and conservation areas. We use your plans and photographs to question the assumptions behind your ideas, discuss likely constraints and consider where your budget could make the greatest difference.
You leave with a clearer direction and the checks needed before taking it further. If something needs a visit or specialist investigation, we’ll explain why.

Before you book
What should I send beforehand?
Email any plans and photographs, your broad budget and main questions to info@abode-architects.co.uk, with your name and meeting date. You don’t need a finished brief. We’ll work through the information together online.
Would a visit be more useful?
If light, levels or the surroundings are difficult to explain in photographs, an in-person consultation gives us a fuller understanding of the house.
How is this different from a discovery call?
The free discovery call helps us understand your situation and recommend a next step. A paid consultation gives us dedicated time to examine your property information and proposed changes.
