You have several ideas, but only want to pay to develop the right one. We use your plans and photographs to help you decide what is worth pursuing.
We bring our experience of older buildings to your questions about layout, alterations and budget, identifying assumptions and further checks before you take the next step.
Where we visit and additional travel
Travel within 45 minutes each way of our Glasgow city-centre office is included. Additional return travel is charged at £75 per hour including VAT, in 15-minute increments (£18.75). We combine the excess journey time and round up once. Your total is agreed before booking. Traffic delays do not increase the fee.
